round 10 schools have come for participation under the age category of U7, U9, U11 and U13. There were around 170 students from all age category participated in the Inauguration Of the Baby League. There will be more participation as parents were eager to get their children registered for this Baby League. DFA's main dream is to make sure that kids from grassroots gets proper time to play this wonderful game of football. As all over India the focuss is to build a good player starts from a small age and that's what DFA is working on. Getting the children to have more game time as players needs to have around 20 games per year. This baby league gives a chance to all the players including both boys and girls to play around 25plus matches. Today's opening ceremony had a large number of participants and also it was wonderful to see all their coming and cheering. So the first step to make this Baby League a success was accepted by all in a positive way. We are looking forward for more participation from other schools in Betul for the coming weeks. This project brainstorming and backing was done by Mr. Niraj Daga ( Secretary of DFA). He is very passionate about football and was clear in his view that to make football progress in Betul we need to focus on Grassroots from U7 to U13 so that when given time they will shape up to be better players. The Baby League follows all the rules and regulations set by AIFF for the child safety with all medical needs from DFA are provided on the ground. We are looking forward for all the support from Betul people so that this Project gives children the right platform for Future.
